The Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Girls Arabic Religious Secondary School (SUAMPRIPAD) was abuzz with activities as the school marked its Open Day 2012.
Present to officiate the ceremony was SUAMPRIPAD principal Ustazah Hjh Haryati binti Hj Ahmad. She said the event was aimed at fostering closer ties and promoting greater interaction between parents and teachers of the school.
To encourage the use of reusable materials, the school’s 3K unit organised a series of environmental awareness activities including a competition using recycled materials. Teachers and students participated in a number of exciting activities such as flower-making contest, banner design competition and a telematch.
Parents and school personnel were not left out from the day’s activities as they had their body mass index (BMI) levels checked and tried out the various body and foot massager machines provided by the school’s health unit.
