Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Girls Arabic Religious Secondary School (SUAMPRIPAD) held a Hari Raya gathering which included a farewell ceremony and appointment of new committee members of the school’s Teachers’ Welfare Fund Body (BTKGG).
Over 70 teachers, accompanied by their family members, attended the function held at a local restaurant in Tungku.
The evening commenced with a short address by Principal Ustazah Hjh Haryati Hj Ahmad, who expressed her appreciation to the outgoing officers for their invaluable contribution to the school.
She later presented tokens of appreciation to the officers, which included former principal Ustazah Hjh Sarimah Hj Ahmad and deputy principal Ustaz Matudin Hj Tahir.
While enjoying dinner, the teachers and their families watched a slideshow and participated in a lucky draw.
The highlight of the night was the announcement of the new committee members of BTKGG for 2012-2014, followed by a short address by the new chairman.
